The ERY Fund seeks investment results that correspond to three times the inverse (or opposite) of the daily performance of the Russell 1000® Energy Index ("Russell 1000"). Due to the decline in the U.S. Market, investors anticipated a profit in their investment. However, when Russell 1000 declined approximately 11% between November 5, 2008 and April 9, 2009, investors saw a 54% decline, instead of a 33% increase.
