Compressors Antitrust Litigation

On March 24, 2009, Murray, Frank & Sailer LLP filed a class action on behalf of a business and a proposed class of purchasers of refrigerant compressor products who allege that defendant manufacturers conspired to fix and artificially raise prices in the refrigerant compressor market.  The case was filed in the Southern District of New York. The class period is from January 1, 1996 through February 18, 2009.
