Optical Disc Drive Antitrust Litigation
On March 2, 2010, MURRAY FRANK LLP filed a class action on behalf of a business, an individual consumer and a proposed class of purchasers of optical disc drive products who allege that defendant manufacturers conspired to fix and artificially raise prices in the optical disc drive market. The case was filed in the Northern District of California. The class period is from November 1, 2005 through the present.
