Gregory A. Frank's practice focuses on complex class action and mass tort litigation.
Mr. Frank received a B.A. from Dartmouth College in 2001 and earned his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2006. At Georgetown, Mr. Frank was a member of The Tax Lawyer, published by the American Bar Association Section on Taxation and edited by Georgetown Law. Mr. Frank also served as research assistant to Professor Donald Langevoort, analyzing trends in late-timing mutual fund litigation, securities regulation in the European Union, and the fiduciary responsibilities of stock brokers. Previously, Mr. Frank worked for the Division of Enforcement of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board conducting Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
